A Patented System: the 3 layer technology™
:: All our bags use the same patented 3 layer technology™ which is an award winning high performance insulant. The association of a IR (ndlr: Infra Red) reflective material, a thick PE foam and an inner FDA approved food grade protective layer provide a long lasting thermal protection for any temperature sensitive product, ranging from foods and drinks to drugs. Note the bag itself does not produce heat nor cold by itself. It simply insulates its content by isolating it from the outside environment, therefore reducing any heat transfer.

Outer Reflective Layer
:: The dual layer acts as a reflector to outer heat, sunshine and moisture. It also helps the insulation layer retain the inner cold or hot inside the bag.
Insulation core layer
:: Millions of sealed capsules form a solid thermal insulation barrier. The thick foam preserves the cold by maintaining a constant, lower temperature. Inner Protective Layer
:: Made of food grade materials. It forms the double lining. The inner layer is completely sealed to maximize thermal efficiency and keep in freshness. |

Heavy Duty Snap-In Handles
:: All our Gusseted thermal bags use a high quality heavy duty handle which will ensure tight closure even when the bag is full. Testing have shown a resistance of our handles to weights over 35 pounds. Fully Gusseted Side Panels
:: The gusseted sides expand for filling the bag to capacity, yet easily withdraw to fold flat for storage when not in use.
Reinforced Bottom Panel
:: The reinforced removable interior panel is made of white corrugated polyethylene for easy cleaning. Our bag has greater durability compared to other bags using cardboard inserts. |
